Abstract

The arrival of the Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front led by Meles Zenawi to power in Ethiopia in 1991 after the elimination of the Mengistu regime constituted a clear development that included various sectors of life in the country, after long periods of internal instability and external conflict that the country experienced, as Zenawi’s policy worked to contain components The people within the new system, along with serious work to develop the agricultural and industrial sectors, leading to the medical field, these developments contributed to strengthening the country's external positions by rebuilding the foreign policy and zeroing in its regional problems.
