Reading in the Origins of the United States of America

Abstract

History of the United States of America has a special significance whether for the new world Europe or for the whole universe despite the United States is an exceptional country in its history and geography, it is born by chance and fate plays a good role to make such nation has a lot of geography and just little of history. It is a new strange experience which has no ancestors and pedigrees, rather the criterion of judgment in it becomes based on the individual's success and property, but it becomes in spite of the short period in the sequence of the first states in the world. The real history of the US started after the arrival of the three English ships to the western coast of the Atlantic ocean [in the mid of North America's continent] in May 1607 which have carried 105 immigrant from England to the New World leading by Captain Christopher Newport who are coming to settle in it and they are able to set up the first successful colony which was called 'James Town' the center of Virginia's county. They live initially on fishing and picking, then they work in agriculture which has encouraged on the immigration and settlement, until their growth in a tremendously fast to establish less than two and a half centuries the greatest and wealthiest power in the whole cosmos that it still maintains its power and success more than seventy years. The United States of America from its inception was one of the most diverse countries in the world from race and culture due to the large immigration from different European nations, so immigration and the urban expansion from Europe have contributed in spinning the process of manufacturing and development (although the agriculture character is still dominant especially the tobacco, corn, and cotton crop), and became the biggest economic and military power in the world The current name of the United States of America was coined in the 15th of November 1777 after the Second Continental Conference baptized which held during the American War of Independence (10 May 1775) in the articles of the Confederation that stipulated its first article:'' the name must be the United States of America".
