Diagnosis of organizational capabilities according to the (Falletta) Model Survey study at the University of Mosul

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to show the reality of the organizational capabilities present in the researched organization in order to improve the level of university performance through what these capabilities achieve in terms of basic factors that help in the association of employees with the researched organization and what is reflected positively on the performance in general. The researcher used a questionnaire form as a tool for the study where a form was designed an electronic questionnaire was distributed and distributed, and (300) valid forms were obtained for analysis. The study was based on the survey approach within the quantitative approach for scientific research, and the study used a number of statistical methods represented by frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means and standard deviations, and the AMOS program was relied on in testing hypotheses. The study came out with a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is the importance of strengthening the dimensions of organizational capabilities in the researched organization (university of Mosul), because of what these capabilities achieve in terms of basic factors that help in the bonding of workers in the organization and this is reflected positively on the overall performance, and the study recommends the need to take advantage of the Falletta model for organizational intelligence in reaching a better understanding of the current reality of the organization and then improving its performance.
