Abstract

The big challenges for the organizations need to have a leadership acting on the face, because it is the essence of the administrative work, hence the search came for measuring administrative leadership style followed in the Rafidain Bank as a community of research and its branches in Diyala province, a sample of the search, according to the managerial grid theory to for the researchers Blake and Mouton, which focuses on the variables of interest subordinates and get the job done, pointing to the features of the problem of evaluate administrative leadership in the Iraqi our organizations, with the possibility of developing new patterns of theory, and aims to give a vision of leadership style and how to improve and develop, through a descriptive approach, it used questionnaire that had been straightened to measure stability to exploratory opinions to evaluate the leadership of the bank, depending on the scale of 9 weights, as well as directional measurements to determine the type of leadership, it was found that the pattern in the bank's management is Leader moderate, And that in the light of the Put group's recommendations will hopefully benefit the respective personnel put them in the current research.
