Abstract
These sports activities are a boxing game. In general, the coach has special abilities to lead his team and his players not during training, but even during competition, and even in the personal life of the boxer. And these days, it must be of special abilities and abilities, and these abilities and capabilities are the competencies of professional behavior, where these competencies are the criterion of success for the coach in many events not in the field of The game of boxing only, through which it is clear to all, including the governing bodies supervising the clubs sponsoring the boxing how the interaction of this coach or that with the effectiveness and play on the one hand and the extent of interaction with members of his team on the other hand and the extent of the achievement of the coach of the results and tournaments because of this interaction and harmony with individuals His team was therefore the starting point of the research problem that emerged from the study is the construction of a measure of the competencies of the professional behavior of boxing coaches from the point of view of the governing bodies of the boxing game and the southern region of Iraq. The researcher used the descriptive method in the method of surveying, correlative relations and normative studies, in order to suit the research objectives and the nature of the problem to be studied. The research society was chosen in a deliberate manner and they are the members of the administrative bodies of the clubs sponsoring the boxing in the southern clubs of 270 members. And then conducting statistical transactions for the extraction of indicators of honesty, consistency and objectivity and on the basis of the results obtained, which showed multiple levels at the level of the competencies of the professional behavior of boxing coaches from the point of view of the bodies Club sponsors administrative boxing in the southern region of Iraq, and most of them occurred in the level of (average).
