Abstract
This research aims to know the impact of cooperative leadership through its dimensions (traits, skills, behaviors) in distinguishing organizational performance through its dimensions (efficiency of operations, distinction of working individuals, strategic distinction, excellence of organizational culture), and the research problem has been identified in the main question: Is there A role for collaborative leadership in achieving excellence in organizational performance, and in order to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive and analytical approach and the questionnaire were used as a main tool for obtaining data, and the research sample consisted of (50) individuals.A hypothesis plan for the research was developed that translates the main and sub-hypotheses to it, and in order to ensure the validity of the hypotheses, they were tested statistically using a set of statistical methods through the computer program (Spss v. 23).
