A comparative field study on the level of emotional reassurance among female students which practicing and not practicing sports activity at the University of Kirkuk
Abstract
Emotional reassurance is considered one of the important psychological variables and one of the most prominent positive qualities of the individual’s personality as it enables the individual to deal with various pressures and their importance emerged in the study of the level of measurement of female students ’practices and non-practices of sports activity in the colleges of the University of Kirkuk. Identifying the level of emotional reassurance, and the descriptive approach was used in this study. The sample number from the colleges of the University of Kirkuk (College of Engineering, College of Science, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences) was (105) students, and the Maslow scale was used (for emotional reassurance) and the scale was applied to the research sample The main and scientific transactions used for the emotional reassurance scale, and the most important results of the research were that there are significant differences between female students who practice and not practice sports activity in favor of practices for sports activity at the University of Kirkuk. The researcher concluded the following: The students who practices sports activity were distinguished by a high level in the emotional reassurance scale, and the non-practicing students were distinguished by a lower level and according to the degree of the emotional reassurance scale among the students of the University of Kirkuk.
