The degree of employment of intermediate school teachers in Iraq for blended learning skills in teaching Arabic and its relationship to the achievement of their students

Abstract

The study aimed to know the degree to which intermediate school teachers in Iraq employ blended learning skills in teaching Arabic and its relationship to the achievement of their students. The study sample consisted of (95) male and female teachers, within the Anbar Education Directorate. In order to implement the study, the researchers prepared the study tool represented by a questionnaire in blended learning, which in its final form consisted of (20) items. The results showed: that intermediate school teachers' employment of blended learning skills came with an average rating. And there are no differences in the level of blended learning due to gender, and there are differences between male and female teachers due to teaching experience. And there are differences in academic qualifications in favor of (postgraduate studies). And there is a correlation between the teachers’ employment of blended learning skills and the increase in the achievement of their students. In light of the results, the study came out with several recommendations and suggestions.
