Legal methods of international negotiations in international law and Islamic law


Abstract: International negotiations are the important means for exchanging views between the negotiating parties in order to reach an agreement aimed at establishing a legal basis or a solution to an international dispute between two or more parties after reaching a congruence of visions in the manner of negotiations that can produce solutions that satisfy all parties, whether they are in the law General international law or Islamic law, because it has one goal, which is to find the necessary solutions to the outstanding issues in order to solve them or to complete the elaboration of a new agreement for an international treaty.
