Abstract

New administrative bodies have been established alongside the traditional administrative bodies to perform technical, specialized and independent functions called independent administrative authorities, and occupy in terms of composition the method of formation, the extent of their independence and the field of their activity, the establishment of this administrative form with a special legal character to achieve more neutrality, professionalism and efficiency in public activity.
