The synergism effect between Tea wastes and Pseudomonas fluorescence to stimulate wheat Growth

Abstract

Organic wastes of plant straws recycled as an economical nutrient to enriched soils. The Black tea (Camellia Sinensis) used as one of nutrients organic. This study used the back tea as nutrients media for P.fluorescense, The experiment was conducted during 2017 -2018 season on green house in the College of Science /Kufa University, the levels 2,4,8,10,15g wastes of Black tea /kg soil mixed with 25ml of Biologics P.fluorescense. The seeds mixed with sterilized soil, three replicates per concentration and 3 pots planted with non-back tea as control. The results showed the increased of percentage of germination 98.9% at 15 g/kg,and high level of chlorophyll A and chlorophyll B which reached the highest value at both concentrations (15 and 10 g / kg soil),the highest weight of the vegetative and root part of wheat plant at the concentration 15g ̸ kg soil, carbohydrate and proline had a significant decreased comparing with control .
