Abstract

When we hear the word immunity, the body of the organism and how glands and cells work within this body come to mind by responding to various external threats represented by viruses, but in our study the matter is different. An important role in many educational organizations. And improving the quality of educational services, which in turn is reflected in the development of the organization and making it healthy in a rapidly changing environment. Therefore, this research focused on clarifying the role of the organizational immune in enhancing the quality of educational service, and the answer to it was aimed at clarifying. The research sample was represented by a group of teachers and students in public and private secondary schools in Tikrit, by testing the relationships of influence and correlation between the research variables (organizational immune, educational service quality), and the descriptive analytical method was adopted, as well as the selection of a sample. Of the teachers and students, numbering (93) students, by adopting a questionnaire as a measurement tool, The data was processed through the statistical program (SPSS:21) to prove the validity of the research hypotheses related to the correlation and influence between the variables (the organizational immune, the quality of the educational service), and the use of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination as statistical methods, and the most prominent conclusions reached by the research in Theoretical and field framework, the most important of which is the presence of a significant positive correlation between the collective immune and the quality of educational service for the schools of the research sample in terms of its variables according to the value of the correlation coefficient at the total level. And based on conclusions, among which the research, the research presented some recommendations, the most important of which are the necessity for schools to pay attention to the issue of organizational immunity, as it forms an interconnected network of individuals and processes to create a solid and cohesive wall in order to protect its core values from the rapid changes that they are exposed to and prevent Penetrating it internally by working to solve work problems and correcting any deviations in performance to reduce and prevent crises.
