The role of strategic leadership in strengthen the negotiation strategies A field study of a sample of administrative leaders in the Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources

Abstract

Our current research aims to stand on the role played by the strategic leadership in strengthening the negotiating strategies in the researched organization, as well as answering the questions that were raised in the research problem. The sample determined who holds a leadership position in the organization in question, and the research community was represented by (240) individuals, and (144) questionnaires were distributed and (140) were retrieved, and data was collected based on personal interviews and a questionnaire, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used. v22 to get results. The research concluded that the strategic leadership variable contributed to influencing the negotiation strategies in the Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources, and the research suggested several recommendations, the most important of which are: Realizing the elements and dimensions of the research variables that are subject to development and change in a manner that coincides with the development and diversity of jobs and changes in the accelerating environment.
