Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to discuss the numerical solutions of a single-diodenonlinear equation for a solar cell in a more efficient way. The inverse quadratic interpolationtechnique for finding the root(s) of a function is applied to our study problem. Numericalresults show that the proposed three points iterative method is compatible to Newton'smethod, accurate and effective.
