Abstract:-The higher education is one of the most important service sectors and one of the most prominent manifestations of civilizational progress in society. The current research dealt with the civil sector represented by a number of civil colleges in the city of Baghdad as a sample for research, Hence, the problem of research was started to answer the extent to which the faculties investigated are aware of the importance of the research variables represented by (market knowledge and organizational excellence), and whether there is correlation between these variables. Hence, the importance of research in philosophical is reflected in the importance of research and investigation of the mechanisms used to market knowledge and attempt to analyze and diagnose the role of market knowledge in its dimensions in organizational excellence in the faculties of research. The research is a modest attempt to present and structure knowledge accumulation the nature of the relationship between the variables investigated, And the selection of the higher education sector, which is one of the important and major sectors as it is a key source of the advancement and advancement of the scientific and educational process to provide the country with staff capable of solving the various dilemmas, The aim of the research was to analyze the relationship between the variables of research descriptive analysis based on literature through the previous intellectual efforts and practical analysis of the impact of market knowledge as an independent variable and organizational excellence as a variable adopted in the research community represented by private colleges, In order to achieve these goals, a number of colleges have been selected (5) colleges either the sample was based on the teachers in the faculties.Key words: Market knowledge, organizational excellence, civil colleges.
