The legislature's authority to organize public freedoms

Abstract

Public rights and freedoms are considered among the important topics that the state must provide and protect for every citizen living within this state. Therefore, the constitutions of these states must include rights and freedoms according to a precise legal organization in order to facilitate the human exercise of his basic rights freely and without restriction that harms him.Therefore, the legislator must organize public liberties on the basis of guaranteeing these rights, and accordingly we find a relationship between the legislative authority and public liberties in terms of how to organize them and determine their scope, in order to achieve the public interest.
