Pandemics in the Noble Qur’an - Their Motives and Effects -

Abstract

The one who looks at the Holy Qur’an will find a long journey and a great history between the Messengers and the Prophets and their people, of warning, torment, doom and destruction The types of pandemics that befell those previous nations varied, including epidemics and diseases, some of which were lack of fruits and money, fear, hunger and drought, as well as the shedding of some stubborn and infidels with others, whether they were individuals or groups. And strong winds, storms, hurricanes, etc., and finally, we touched upon pests and animals such as monstrosities, and after referring to a number of Qur’anic verses to document this subject, we have used interpretations and sources that clarify Qur’anic verses and detail the facts of those pandemics.
