Obstacles to using e-learning from the point of view of the teachers of the College of Basic Education - University of Anbar

Abstract

This research aims to know (" obstacles to the use of e-learning from the viewpoint of the teachers of the College of Basic Education / University of Anbar"( , and given the nature of this research" , and the goals it seeks to achieve, the descriptive analytical approach was used. “ The researcher prepared a scale of obstacles to” the use of e-learning, then presented the questionnaire to a group of arbitrators in the field of educational and psychological sciences and teaching and learning technology” , to express their opinions, observations and suggestions. Appropriate statistical analyzes were conducted, as the results of the research showed that the items of the tool as a whole formed obstacles to e-learning facing faculty members, and the results of the research also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the teachers’ estimates of the College of Basic Education on the obstacles to using e-learning” . “ In light of the results that have been reached, it is recommended that the obstacles facing the use of e-learning in the university education system should be overcome due to its many benefits and advantages, with the need to make continuous revisions and adjustments to university education to keep pace with the developments taking place, as well as conducting further studies and research to examine the effectiveness of using e-learning. E-learning in achieving better learning outcomes in different academic programs and courses, as well as the need to develop educational awareness among faculty members, which helps in overcoming many of the challenges of using e-learning.E-learning is an important and essential role in the success of the educational process, in light of the great technological development and with the spread of modern means of communication such as computers, the Internet, and multiple media, such as (audio, image, and video), which are means that allowed a large number of people to receive education with ease and ease. , with less time and effort." Hence the importance of the current research in knowing the obstacles to the use of e-learning from the point of view of the teachers of the College of Basic Education - University of Anbar" .
