(Calligraphy, Arabic calligraphy, geometric, vegetation) is one of the most important types of applied arts that accompanied the Muslim artist in various fields of industries that he produced, such as metal and pottery vessels, swords, warrior shields, horse harnesses and others. This art was accompanied by the most general architectural evidence, such as ancient mosques, palaces, forts and large castles.‏The Islamic decorative arts are divided from the design point of view into designs based on geometrical vocabulary, vegetal designs, and written designs: Arabic calligraphy. Islamic architecture has embraced this art to decorate its internal and external walls, entrances and exits using various materials of stones and others. However, what concerns us in this study is the use of this art in the textile product. Specifically: the covering of the Kaaba; We have shed light on the study of the remarkable decorative richness of the covering of the Kaaba ((the black dress that covers the body of the Kaaba)) by studying and describing the lines of the decorations of the dress of the covering of the Kaaba during the reign of King Salman bin Abdullah, specifically dated (1436 AH / 2015 AD) for the curtain of the covering of the Kaaba
