Diagnosing the reality of educational service quality: A field study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at the University of Mosul

Abstract

The research focuses on diagnosing the reality of educational service quality at the University of Mosul, and the research aims to identify the most important and most consistent and influential dimensions in the quality of educational service at the University of Mosul. The problem of the research raised many questions, the most important of which is whether the administrative leaders have a clear concept of strategic intuition, and to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 157 respondents from the administrative leaders at the University of Mosul. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach. The research came out with a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: The overall rate of perception of the respondents regarding the dimensions of educational service quality was good and with a positive trend, which indicates that the respondents show an increased interest in the quality of the educational service of the institution in question.
