Diagnosing the reality of strategic physiognomy: An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at the University of Mosul

Abstract

The research focuses on diagnosing the reality of strategic physiognomy at the University of Mosul, and the research aims to identify the most important and most consistent and influential factors for the administrative leaders at the University of Mosul. The most important of which is do the administrative leaders have a clear concept of strategic intuition, and to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 157 respondents from the administrative leaders at the University of Mosul. Analytical descriptive and the research came out with a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: 5. The topics of strategic physiognomy still lack framing and clarity at the cognitive and applied levels. Therefore, production based on knowledge resources is a moving target that is not subject to framing or stability in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
