Relative deprivation for the Employees


The current research aims to know the relative deprivation of employees, to know the significance of the differences in the relative deprivation according to gender (male-female) and the job description (owner-contract), and to achieve the objectives of the current research, the researchers built a scale of relative deprivation according to the theory other than (1970) Gurr,The discriminatory strength of the scale items and the validity and reliability coefficient were verified by applying the scale to the statistical analysis sample of (400) employees from the research sample community represented by the employees of the University of Qadisiyah (males - females) (owners - contract). The sample was taken in a stratified random manner, and it showed Results.1- Employees have no relative disadvantage.2- There aren't statistically significant differences in the relative deprivation, according to the variables of sex and job description.
