The impact of external environment factors on marketing activities for the gold jewelery sector (on a sample survey of the managers of institutions of Jordan Gold)

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of external environment factors on marketing activities for the gold jewelry sector in Jordan, from the perspective of enterprise managers, to help organizations achieve their goals and find out the impact of those on the marketing performance of the institutions.The study showed the presence of impact between each of the independent variables in the marketing environment of Foreign Affairs of B (economic factors, and socio-cultural factors, and competitive factors, and factors of technology), and the marketing activities of the sector institutions jewelery in Jordan (the provision of marketing information, product, price, distribution, marketing communications).The study population of all the gold jewelery sector institutions in Jordan, represented by (wholesale, retail, and concerns of production) and number of five hundred and thirty Foundation, as well as customers, have been relying on a sample of business owners of the percentage (20%).I have been using statistical software package (SPSS) tools in addition to descriptive statistics and inferential statistics to test hypotheses, analyze and discuss the results, the study showed the following:- That economic factors from the viewpoint of managers of institutions ranked first in terms of impact between a group of external factors on marketing activities for the gold jewelery sector institutions.Depending on the results, the study suggests the gold jewelery sector institutions as follows:Develop plans and marketing programs targeted, providing a database, to benefit from the study of the external factors surrounding the institution, rehabilitation institutions, internally, the development of the means of production, the promotion of marketing communications, product development, building good relations and wide with customers, the establishment of a body or official organization concerned with the affairs sector Jewellery Golden.
