Abstract

Abstract :Most of the stories are produced on paper and often of a type that does not tolerate the useof the child or even the nanny for a long time and does not help to use colors and images in anacceptable manner or a sound output, and the motives behind this are often to reduce the cost ofproduction and the justification for this is to have the opportunity for the largest number Fromchildren, educators and parents to buy the story or the book, and whatever the reasons behindthis, there is no doubt that relying on paper, especially if it is not reinforced, weakens the storyand shortens its life, and by adopting cloth as an alternative material than paper, the opportunityis provided to achieve the production of a strong product whose shelf life is very much longerEspecially if the stories and fabric books are washable.The research aims to identify the effect of children’s stories on their reading tendency.As for the research method, the researcher decided to follow the experimental method for thepurpose of achieving the goal of her research, as it is one of the most appropriate scientific methods for the current research procedures, for the purpose of reaching a scientific and accuratesolution to the problem in question. For the academic year (2021-2022), their number is (1344)male and female students, distributed among (26) primary schools.He came out with a set of conclusions:1. The output form has an effect on children’s reading tendency.2. It is possible to raise children’s reading tendency through good formalization of stories.3. The children’s reading tendency increases as more attention is given to the output forms ofstories.
