Knowledge sharing as an approach to enhancing organizational immunity: An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Salah al-Din Education Directorate

Abstract
The current study aims to demonstrate the impactful relationships and correlation of knowledge sharing with its dimensions (trust, knowledge culture, personal interactions, information and communication technology). In enhancing organizational immunity with its dimensions (organizational memory, organizational learning, organizational DNA). For the senior and middle administrative leaders in the Salah Education Directorate Religion, because of the importance of the knowledge sharing variable in enhancing organizational immunity. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the study problem was represented by the following question: (How can the organization (the study sample) enhance its organizational immunity through the knowledge sharing approach?). The two hypotheses of the study were represented by the first hypothesis: There is no significant correlation between knowledge sharing and its dimensions. and organizational immunity and its dimensions, and the second hypothesis was: There is no significant effect relationship between knowledge sharing and its dimensions and organizational immunity and its dimensions, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the research community in the Salah al-Din Education Directorate. Which is represented by the upper and middle administrative leaders, numbering (137) employees, and distributed (100) A form which was considered as a sample for the study. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: The existence of influence and correlation relationships between knowledge sharing and its dimensions, and organizational immunity and its dimensions in the Salah al-Din Education Directorate. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The importance of adopting an organizational culture that supports knowledge sharing by creating an atmosphere of cooperation and trust among employees.
