Abstract

Since the events of 2003 AD, Iraq has been subjected to a number of multi-target operations, some of which were sabotage to target oil installations, while others were to achieve economic profit goals in non-scientific ways, which reflected unsatisfactory results on the ecological and environmental reality, which necessitated the need for this matter to be One of the priorities of the Ministry of Environment is to preserve the ecological ecosystem to achieve public health for people, in light of avoiding the dangers of hydrocarbon pollutants emanating from these facilities, which have damaged the biotic and non-living environment Which necessitated the need to refer to this subject, and to explain the environmental effects and their repercussions on the Iraqi environment.Objective, To clarify the environmental impact of the environmental risks that oil installations reflect on the ecosystem and to clarify the most important pollutants that pose a threat to the environment.
