صفات القائد الاداري في الشريعة الاسلامية

Abstract

Specialized management literature indicates that administrative decision making is an integral part of administrative work. These decisions have multiple considerations. It's a reflection of future behavior and its consequences. There's the past where the problem begins, and there's the present where the information and data are collected, and there's the future where the resolution is implemented and the problem is solved. In order to be successful, the leader must have a number of qualities, which the Islamic Shariah affirmed in the wise Qur'an and the noble prophecies. Among them: wisdom, the ability to win others and gain their satisfaction, in addition to justice and mercy In addition to justice, mercy, firmness in decision-making and non-hesitation, as well as adherence to principles, speed of Intuitive, etc., the research has relied on the descriptive approach in order to getting answers to the questions that are being asked which are:1.Do the managing leaders have any knowledge of the qualities of a leader that Islamic law brings?2.Does leadership have an impact on the success or failure of the administrative decision-making process
