The Effectiveness of two Proposed Strategies Based on Strategic Thinking Skills in the Achievement of the Fourth Literary Students in the Subject of Geography
Abstract
The current study aims to identify (the effectiveness of two proposed strategies based on strategic thinking skills in the achievement of the fourth literary students in the subject of geography). The number of the study sample was (86) female students, distributed as follows: (26) female students for the first experimental group, (31) female students for the second experimental group, and (29) female students for the control group. In months, the academic achievement of the previous year for the subject of geography), the first experimental group was taught according to the first proposed strategy, and the second experimental group according to the second proposed strategy, while the control group was taught according to the usual method of teaching geography. The development of teaching plans for the three research groups, and then building the two achievement tests consisting of (52) items. After the end of the experiment, the achievement test was applied to the three research groups, after collecting data and analyzing them statistically using the statistical bag (SPSS). They studied according to the two proposed strategies in the achievement test on the control group that was taught according to the usual method.
