The effectiveness of two proposed strategies based on strategic thinking skills in acquiring geographical concepts among fourth grade students
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of two proposed strategies based on strategic thinking skills in acquiring geographic concepts among the students of the fourth literary grade. The second experimental group and (29) students for the control group, setting behavioral goals and developing teaching plans for the three research groups, and then building a geographical concepts acquisition test consisting of (60) items. After the end of the experiment, a post-test of geographical concepts acquisition was applied to the three research groups, after Collecting and analyzing data statistically using the statistical bag (SPSS). It is clear from the following results that the two experimental groups that were studied according to the two proposed strategies in testing the acquisition of geographical concepts outperformed the control group that was taught according to the usual method.
