دراسة تأثير التشعيع على الثوابت البصرية لأغشية CuIn(SexTe1-x)2 المحضرة بطريقة التبخير الحراري في الفراغ

Abstract

Thin films of CuIn(SexTe1-x)2 have been deposited on glass substrates by vacuum thermal evaporation of thickness (250nm) , the study of the effect of irradiation by gamma rays from ) Cs137(source on the following optical constants : Absorptions, Reflectance , Extinction Coefficient , Refractive Index , Real and Imaginary Parts of the Dielectric Constant, It was found the all these parameters were affected by irradiation.
