Political Transitions: Rethinking Arab Democracy after the Arab Spring Revolutions
Abstract
The aim of this study is to focus on the reality of Arab democracy after the political transformations witnessed by the Arab region in the wake of the Arab Spring revolutions with the aim of achieving democracy after which the demand of the peoples, but the events that accompanied the Arab Spring since the end of the year (2011) are nothing but a state of creative chaos that was drawn in order to redraw the map of the region to serve Western interests, foremost of which is the preservation of the entity of (Israel).In the first axis, we decided to identify what is meant by the concept of political transformations, then highlight in the second axis models of political transformations in the Arab region, and in the third axis of the study, we will address the expected scenarios to draw the future of Arab democracy, and conclude with the most important results and recommendations, in which we proved the need to rethink the model of democracy adopted by Arab countries.
