Evaluation of antibacterial activity of alcoholic extract of resin produced from Boswellia Carterii against some G- and G+ of bacteria

Abstract

In this study antibacterial of resin alcoholic extract produced from Boswellia Carterii evaluated by tested it's extract against four types of bacterial growth, two of them arm gram (+ve) bacteria which are Staphylococcus aureus (24 isolation) and Streptococcus Pyogen (18isolation), the other two or gram(-ve) bacteria which are E. Coli (35 isolation) and Sall. Spp. (20 isolation). Five concentrations of extract were used which are (25-50-75-100-200mg-ml).The extract showed antibacterial activity against all types of bacteria and that's exhibited zones of inhibition increased directly with increasing concentration of the extract
