Abstract

In the last decades , higher education witnessed a deep change in teaching methodology . These changes has been cases many challenges of the development of learning techniques and the increase towards learning in addition to the great numbers of learners . all this requires high efforts to face these challenges , the most important of which is total quality management which is one of the basic corners in the modern management which in turn copes with the local and international changes .The study aims to explore the extent to which kerbala university applying the principles of total quality management .for this purpose the study is divided into four sections . The first deals with the method followed .The second presents the theoretical background . The third tackles the analysis of the results . The fourth present conclusions and recommendations .
