The effect of mental training in learning of artistic performance of back somersault skill of hand standing

Abstract

Today the world witnessed a progress in all different fields of life. The complex of life is going to increase day after day and the research increases in all fields of life that serve human being. This progress concludes the sport activity. The development of sport training and its styles have a great role in getting specific sport achievement, but many of peoples of good training status may fall, and this back to some different matters. One of them is the mental training which is very significant. The clearness of the significance of research appears when using the mental imagination as a mean may help in learning the back somersault skill of hand standing for a long time considering it as aback part when preparing this program for this purpose.This study aimed to:1-Setting out suggesting program of mental training and identifying on its effect in learning the back somersault skill of hand standing.2-Identifying on the differences between controlling and experimental groups in the mental and posterior skilful test.3-Identifying on the differences between mental and skilful tests (posterior and post) of experimental and controlling groups. Researchers used the experimental program because of its suitability to the nature of the research. The sample of research consisted of (20)pupils of third class with age (9-10)year in the primary school of Ahmed Al-Mhimedawy. The researcher used also the mental imagination test conta9ing a list of (10)items. Each item has three images of motor skills. Motor skills images were put in absolutely one similar item according to the motor building. The researcher showed the difficulty series of motor skills which were done by living type. As far as the statistical treatments are concerned, mathematical medium, standard deviation and test (T) of correlative and non correlative samples have been used.The researcher have got to:Conclusions :1-The skilful learning and mental training have positive effect in developing the mental abilities.2- The skilful learning and mental training have positive effect in developing the level of back somersault skill of hand standing back somersault skill of hand standingRecommendations :1-Confirming on using mental imagination with skilful learning which has play a role in accelerating the learning progress.2-Encouraging players to use basic skills and training on the mental imagination mental imagination in leisure time of training (personal time).3-It is necessary to have a psychologist to work with juniors and youngs teams.
