International Sources of the Legality Principle: A Study in the Subjection of Administrating International Law to the National Law

Abstract

This paper examines the treatment and analysis of international sources for the principle of legality in the Law State. It proves that the provisions of international law in other States form the other face of the principle of legality and derive their provisions and rules of from international and national law. The validity of this matter reflects the validity of depending on these rules in issuing resolutions , decisions or alleged rights.
