Abstract
Dynamics of single-mode laser governing by the modified Lorenz-Hakenequations are analyzed. Different types of nonlinear dynamical behaviors ( sequencesof bifurcation and chaos ) have been observed. The parameters controlling the laserdynamics are varied over a wide range of laser operation conditions
