"Extract SEARCH"The work on the development of physical abilities with volleyball players, especially the ability explosive and upgrading them to the level best, something very necessary seek every coach in the game of volleyball to achieve, because this development, they must reflect and positively on performance skills, especially skills and difficult task skill (beating overwhelming ), which are important and effective tool in resolving the halftime score or the game.Through follow-up researcher of the training process, note the lack of interest in training trainers using the means (k weights added), especially when developing explosive power of the arms and scientifically valid, which is reflected negatively on the performance of the skill of beating the overwhelming volleyball players.Note that most of the research and studies carried out in this area emphasizes the need to find ways of training modern (k add weights on the arms) and according to a specific mechanism, scalable and style is characterized by the ease and accuracy in the application, which may work to develop a recipe physical task, because of their great importance in guiding the ball hard and fast big stage after beating the overwhelming skill beating the volleyball players.The research aims to the following: -1 - to identify the impact of training with weights added to the development of the explosive capacity of the volleyball players.2 - to identify the impact of training with weights added in the performance of the skill of beating the overwhelming volleyball players.Researcher selected a sample search deliberate way by (10) players and (83.33%) of the total (12) player of volleyball players young ages (17-19) years of Qal'at Salih Sports Club.Conclusions:The researcher found after the implementation of his research to a group of the most important conclusions as follows: -1. Training with weights added a positive impact in the development of the ability of the arms and explosive batting skill overwhelming performance with volleyball players.2. Helped exercises with weights added to develop explosive power of the arms, which reflected positively on the performance of the skill of beating overwhelming better.
