AbstractThe research aims to identify the impact of the use model (Bloom) learning to be able to improve my skills, handling and scoring a game of football.Where research was conducted on a sample of (30) players from the Cubs Club Anbar football for ages ranging between (13-15) years were divided into two experimental and one control group, as it was applied model (Bloom) learning to enable the players of the experimental group in the Applied weekly educational units with a diagnostic test every weekend.Where the researcher to the effectiveness of the (model) Bloom's learning to be able to improve my skills, handling and scoring a game of football, as well as to the important role and effective diagnostic tests in the diagnosis of vulnerabilities experienced by the players and addressed, and thus lead to improve the technical performance of the players. He recommended the need for attention to coaches using the age groups to enable learning when teaching technical skills, basic game of football
