Abstract

In this paper theoretical study has been done on vicinage effects in collision of dicluster ion with solid matter, one can calculate the hydrogen ions energy loss in the velocity range vovv (vo Bohr velocity), by dielectric function (Random Phase Approximation ,RPA). The effects of internal structure of cluster is studied and the effect of individual and combined irritancy on cluster. We have found that the variance effect is variable with the atomic number of the target and and it effects by separation between two ions.
