Abstract

This research was conducted in the field of poultry of the Department of techniques of animal production from 6/ 9/ 2012 to 23/ 11/2012 to study the effect of adding alcoholic extract of Ginger and Albropouls and Scholars (cinnamon) in lowering cholesterol in the yolk of Quail eggs. 280 chicks were used in the study from day-old quail birds and divided into seven treatment with 2 replicates for treatment 40 chicks per treatments (20chicks per replicat). chicks in the first treatment were fed on control diet without any supplement, second and third treatments were added alcoholic extract of ginger 150 and 300 mg / kg respectively to the control diet , fourth and fifth treatments were added alcoholic extract of bropouls 300 and 400 mg / kg respectively to the control diet, sixth and seventh treatments were added 200 and 400 mg / kg from cinnamon respectively to the control diet Chicks weighed weekly and calculated the weight gain weekly and feed consumption and feed per week for each treatments was calculated conversion ratio.Results indicated highly significant (P <0.01) boody weights gain signification decrease in feed consumption with improved feed conversion ratio by addition Abstract alcoholic extract you from ginger and propolis and ainamon.
