Effect inquiry-based learning and the guided discovery styles in learning some basic skills of volleyball

Abstract

The aims of the study to know of Effect to using both inquiry-based learning and the guided discovery styles in learning program, then know Effect in learning some basic skills of volleyball. Choose the subjects from the students at the second stage in the sport educator department,basic education college/mustansiriya University where their numbers are 33 students, And divided them in three groups(controlling group and tow experimental groups), And using experimental research. some basic skills of volleyball included three skills(serving skill, receiving serving skill, spiking skill)then Choose tests it. The learning program included(12)units to each groups . Tow units in a week. four units to each skill, The time of unit at(90)minute from (6)weeks.the Conclusions of study are Promotion of the experimental group learning (the inquiry-based learning styles)in the first class and follow it the experimental group(the guided discovery styles)in the second class and then the controlling group in the 3rd class.
