Study The Effect of Thickness on Zno Thin Films prepared by Spray Pyrolysis Method

Abstract

Zinc oxide thin films ZnO were prepared by spray pyrolysis method with different thickness from(247.35,342.4,437.6)nm onto glass substrate at 350◦c .The concentration is 0.3 Molary,X-ray diffraction patterns confirm the proper phase formation of the material.The optical properties of ZnO were determined through the optical transmission method using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer with wave length (300-1100)nm. The energy gap increases with the increase of thin film thickness and ranges from (3.0,3.2,3.25)eV.
