The Voice of the Customer and its Role in Achieving Competitive Advantages

Abstract

Abstract Most of industrial organizations depends on customer voice , it has a big effect on its growth and continuation, so industrial organizations must determine customer needs , desire , expectations and aims by using several methods to compliance it to occur the competitive advantage. According to that the researcher deducted the following question to be the scope of the research problem: - Is there any moral affect relation for the customer voice on the competitive advantage? - Is there any correlation between the customer voice and competitive advantage? To answer these question the researcher designed suppositive model that reflect the nature of the relation between customer voice and competitive advantage , this results tow main hypothesis that trialed by using statistical program (spss) on the data that collected from a questionnaire which distributed in some of industrial organizations.Whereas 100 questionnaire sheet were distributed on the workers,77 sheet were recovered .the research concludes that there is a correlation between the customer voice and competitive advantage.
