Efficiency of fungus Aspergillus fumigatus (Thermophilic fungi) to produce Glycoamylase enzyme

Abstract

The fungus Aspergillus fumigatus (Thermophilic fungi) isolate from Kerbala govermant , in August 2010 so the fungus tested in term of producing glycoamylase . Results revealed that , this fungus had high ability to produce enzyme .The main objective of this study was to produce glucoamylase under optimum conditions The maximum activity of glucoamylase from this fungus was recorded in the culture after 96 hours , the best tempreture 45c◦ and 6 pH , starch the best as carbon source and NH3So4 anitrogen sourse , so the inculation 15 mm were considerd as the best to produce enzyme.
