The issue of food insecurity has led to be nearly 795 million people whose suffer from malnutrition at a global level based to the estimates of "the state of food insecurity in the world 2015" according to the Food and Agriculture Organization [FAO] of the United Nations, Even though this large figure is at the same time refer to a decline near to 216 million people fewer than the percentage in which was at 1990-1992.The rise of food prices globally, natural disasters, and severe climatic events and global economic issues are all reinforced the old dilemma of how to ensure access to food for all individuals all over the world, to enable everyone in the world to live an active and healthy life.While improvements in global food production, and health are allowed human communities to flourish through the twentieth century by a significant increase in the size of the world's population and the average age of individuals and also reduce infant and child mortality, However, malnutrition remained as a result of food insecurity which have a daily affects on the lives of hundreds of millions of people.A significant number of experts and specialists also believe that the food security problem is also associated with the number of the world's population which is expected to rise to be 9 billion people by 2050, and the provision of adequate food is a global concern, this concern is exacerbated by factors such as climate change and pressure in order to expand the agricultural production in the forest.

تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط بعض الضوء على مفهوم الأمن الغذائي وأهم الأسباب التي تدفع الى إنعدامه في مختلف بلدان العالم ولاسيما الدول النامية. أن مسألة إنعدام الأمن الغذائي أدت الى وجود حوالي 795 مليون شخصا ممن يعيشون مع سوء التغذية على المستوى العالمي تبعا لتقديرات حالة الأمن الغذائي في العام 2015 وفقا لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة [فاو] التابعة للأمم المتحدة، وإن هذا الرقم الكبير هو في نفس الوقت يشير الى انخفاض وتراجع ما يقارب 216 مليون شخص أقل مما كانت عليه النسبة في الاعوام 1990-1992. إن ارتفاع أسعار الغذاء عالميا، والنظم الغذائية المتغيرة، والكوارث الطبيعية، والظواهر المناخية الحادة والقضايا الاقتصادية العالمية كلها عززت المعضلة القديمة المتمثلة بكيفية ضمان وصول الغذاء الى جميع أنحاء العالم وحصول كافة الافراد عليه، بما يتيح لكل شخص في العالم أن يعيش حياة نشطة وصحية. في حين أن التحسينات في إنتاج الغذاء والصحة العالمية سمحت للمجتمعات البشرية ان تزدهر في القرن العشرين من خلال زيادة هائلة في حجم سكان العالم ومتوسط عمر الافراد وخفض معدلات وفيات الرضع والأطفال، غير أن سوء التغذية ظل كنتيجة لانعدام الأمن الغذائي الذي يؤثر بشكل يومي على حياة مئات الملايين من الناس. كما ويعتقد عدد مهم من الخبراء والمختصين بأن مشكلة الأمن الغذائي ترتبط ايضا مع عدد سكان العالم المتوقع ان يرتفع الى 9 مليارات شخص بحلول العام 2050، وان توفير القدر الكالفي من الغذاء يعد مصدر قلق عالمي، ويتفاقم هذا القلق من خلال عوامل مثل تغير المناخ والضغط لأجل توسيع الإنتاج الزراعي في الغابات.} }
