They were exposed to microwaves rays with different frequencies , group (A)exposed to frequency ( 8 ) GHz, and group ( B ) to frequency (g) GHZ,the secondgroup (C) for the frequency ( 12 ) GHz. The animals were exposed ( 2 hours ) for atotal peroid for ( 10 days ). The curent results demonstrated that the control group hasno abnormal observations in histological changes because don't exposue !omicrowaves , the test group (A) showed that histological changes that revealshyposper motogenesis sperrnatocytes and some spermatids , and losed primary andsecondary spermatocyte. The test group ( B ) reveals that effect of shape onspermatozoa and decrease primary spermatocyts and spermatoyenesis. The test group( C ) showed hypospermatozoa and spermatogenesis and changes in morphologicalfinding of spermatozoa, but the shape of spermat ozoa ate simple compare to group (Aand B). The results of microwaves exposure after (10 days) showed that the changesin interstitial tissue and necrosis befween seminiferous tubules . Appearance distancesand loss ofthe connective tissue for group (A) . The aim ofthis study was to show theeffect of microwaves with frequency (12 , 10 ,8)GHz on the testis tissue and thechanges which obtain in spermatogenesis . This study contributes to open futureprospects to other researchers and may help in the functional and pathological studies
