The studyincluded the measurement of some physical and chemical characteristics of the river water. It also includedmeasuring the concentration of some trace elements (cadmium, copper, lead and zinc) in sediments. Thetotal organic carbon was also analyzed. And expressed as pecentage coliform and Fecal Coliform(Escherichia coli) as evidence of fecal contamination and total number of air bacteria were estimated.
