To achieve this, the research adopted a Fixed Effect methodology (FEM), Randomized Effect (REF) based on Balanced Panel Data for those countries and for the period (2000-2015) to reach 96 study views. The results of the estimate showed that the overall index of total deposits as a percentage of GDP, as a Financial Depth indicator, had a negative effect on the Financial Soundness expressed in the Z-Score index, While both private credit as a percentage of GDP and the Money Supply as a percentage of GDP, as indicators of Financial Depth, failed to demonstrate their impact on the Financial Soundness index

يهدف البحث إلى دراسة وتحديد اثر العمق المالي, من خلال مجموعة من المؤشرات المعبرة عنه, على مؤشر السلامة المالية, المعبر عنه بمؤشر Z-Score, في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمد البحث منهجية الأثر الثابت(FEM) ، والأثر العشوائي (REF) المستندة إلى البيانات المزدوجة المتوازنة (Balanced Panel Data) لتلك الدول وللفترة (2000-2015) ليبلغ عدد مشاهدات الدراسة 96 مشاهدة. وقد أفصحت نتائج التقدير عن وجود تأثير سلبي لمؤشر إجمالي الودائع كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي, بوصفه احد مؤشرات العمق المالي, في السلامة المالية الذي عبر عنه بمؤشر (Z-Score), في حين فشل كل من الائتمان الخاص كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وعرض النقد كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي, بوصفها مؤشرين معبرين عن العمق المالي, في إثبات تأثيرهما في مؤشر السلامة المالية .} }
