Such a complex topic necessitates considering the factors that influence making the right decision. This work aims to introduce a smart approach to select the best urban residential buildings location this smart approach depends on the mobile network in collect data, Google maps application in Smartphone was used to collect Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates. the factors influencing (criteria) the determination of the appropriate site are checked in this paper depending on previous studies .To calculate the criteria weights the Best Worst Method (BWM) is used. Then, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) under fuzzy environment, Fuzzy TOPSIS is applied to rank the various sites using weighted criteria in order to choose the best effective location from a set of alternatives. According to the results of this study, the major priority for deciding the site of urban residential buildings is alternative R2, the second priority is alternative R5, and the third priority is alternative R4.
