All Basalt examples appears non organized and written in dry kufi and what make it specialize is its neglected letters and the written is soft because of softness of stones. the scripts of fifth scenes are similar , thus, they came back to 6th century or the beginning of 7th one, in addition to the similarity of stones and the unity of texts as well as the similarity of styles

تعد دراسة شواهد القبور من الحقول المهمة التي لفتت عناية الدارسين في مجال الاثار والتاريخ والفنون وذلك لما تحويه من مادة علمية رصينة، ولاسيما في مجال دراسة تاريخ الخط العربي وتطوره. وقد أقتصر هذا البحث على دراسة ستة شواهد أحدها من الرخام، وخمسة مصنوعة من حجر البازلت الأسود يحتفظ بها المتحف العراقي، وهي غير مدروسة سابقا، الامر الذي شجع الباحث على توثيقها بدراسة علمية جادة لتصبح حلقة في سلسلة الشواهد العربية المكتوبة بالخط الكوفي في العالم الاسلامي.إن جميع الأمثلة البازلتية المعنية في هذه الورقة غير منتظمة الأبعاد ومكتوبة بالخط الكوفي اليابس، وأهم ما يميز خطها هو أن حروفها مهملة، أي خالية من الإعجام المشتملة على النقط والتشكيل. والكتابة المنقوشة عليها قليلة العمق بسبب قوة الحجر البركاني وصلابته، ولما كان الخط في الشواهد الخمسة متشابها تماما فالباحث يرجح ان جميعها تعود الى نهاية القرن السادس الهجري أو بداية القرن السابع الهجري، فضلا عن تشابه الحجارة، ووحدة النص فيها، وعدم اختلاف الأسلوب.} }
